The department shall conduct focused campaigns to communities along the border line to deal with transnational crimes such as human trafficking, stock theft, smuggling of illicit goods and vehicles etc. These campaigns are conducted in collaboration with different stakeholders such as SAPS, SANDF, DOH, DHA, DSD and the Municipalities. Strengthen partnerships with Boarder Management Agency and Agriculture, Further , Implement pilot project on patrollers- drone project for stock theft
