KZN Community Safety and Liaison, Acting Head of Department, Ms. Nokuthula G Khanyile arrives flanked by senior management at the Club Hall, New Prison Correctional Facility in Pietermaritzburg, to begin a consultative session with provincial executives of Community Safety Structures, the Community Police Forum ( CPF), Youth Crime Prevention Desk and the KwaZulu-Natal Community Crime Prevention Association (KZNCCPA).
The department is strengthening relations between these voluntary Safety structures, law enforcement agencies and the provincial government to ensure that the scourge of crime is drastically reduced.
